Item arrived 6 days before the listed date. The item seemed good quality suede but I’d say runs a little large as I usually fit a medium but had to return the item as it was way too large. I’d suggest ordering a size smaller than usual. The colour is also a slightly richer brown than the photo suggests – but this could just be the lighting. Customer service was prompt and I received a return postage label and full refund was received within 2 days. So very good and appreciated customer service.
