  1. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • Return Window:You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below.
  • Conditions for Return:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable) with all tags attached. Leather jackets and coats that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Process:

  3. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  2. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (usually 03-05 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies).

Late or missing refunds:  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
